We’ve just rolled out an update to the PDF export feature in appraisee, making it easier to share vehicle appraisals with anyone — even those without access to the system.
You can generate and share three types of PDFs:
🧾 Customer PDF
Perfect for sharing with the seller. Shows a clear snapshot of the vehicle’s condition on the day it was appraised — including photos, video (if applicable), VRM lookup, service history, number of keys, and tyres. No pricing details are shown.
🏢 Dealership PDF
For internal use. Contains full appraisal details — valuation data, estimated recon costs, and the price offered.
📋 Summary PDF
Ideal for workshops or third parties. Includes the core appraisal details (photos, video, VRM lookup, service info, tyres, etc.) but hides customer and pricing data.
