When you accept a bid, you can now add an availability date.
- This lets the winning trader or group dealer know exactly when the vehicle will be ready for collection or delivery.
- Helps them plan their stock and transport in advance.
- Automatic Email Confirmation
Alongside the usual text message, the winning bidder will now receive an email confirmation.
- Includes the availability date and a PDF copy of the appraisal for their records.
- Easier to track and reference later.
These updates give both sides a clearer picture of next steps and reduce back-and-forth, saving time for everyone.
