Tasks identified during the Vehicle Health Check now appear immediately on the central Prep My Vehicle dashboard, giving reconditioning teams full visibility of outstanding work.
Admins can assign these tasks directly to in-house staff or external vendors, along with supporting notes. Once a task is assigned, the system automatically notifies the recipient. When the work is completed, the technician or vendor can mark the task as finished using their dedicated login, instantly updating the dashboard.
This streamlined process improves task tracking, reduces communication delays, and ensures all work is accounted for—whether it’s completed on-site or by a visiting specialist.
